Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik and his Advisor Khurshid Ahmed Ganie have conveyed greetings and good wishes on the occasion of International Women’s Day which is being celebrated on March 8 across the world.
TheGovernor noted that all segments of our population must come forth to launch asustained campaign for strongly supporting women on varied fronts includingsocial, economic, cultural and political for rapidly transforming into a moregender-balanced world.
In amessage, Advisor Ganai, who is also in-charge of the Social Welfare Department,highlighted the contribution of women and their achievements in all spheres oflife, an official handout said.
