The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday transferred and posted seven junior engineers (JEs) of mechanical engineering department.
An order issued from the public works (roads and buildings) department read, “In the interest of administration, transfers and postings of junior engineers of the mechanical engineering department are hereby ordered with immediate effect.”
As per the order, Saleem Manhas, presently on deputation to the PHE, irrigation and flood control department, has been recalled and posted in the mechanical engineering division, Leh against an available vacancy; Ranvijay Singh, junior engineer, mechanical engineering department, Jammu, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of PHE, irrigation and flood control department; Suheel Shafi, junior engineer, mechanical drainage division, Srinagar municipal corporation, has been recalled and posted in mechanical engineering department, Srinagar; Syed Davood Andrabi, junior engineer, mechanical engineering department, Srinagar, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of PHE, irrigation and flood control department; Vikram Singh, junior engineer, on deputation to PHE, irrigation and flood control department, has been recalled and posted in the mechanical drainage division, Srinagar municipal corporation; Vikas Sharma, junior engineer, store procurement department, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of the PHE, irrigation and flood control department; Dharamveer Singh, junior engineer, on deputation to PHE, irrigation and flood control department, has been recalled and posted in the store procurement department, Jammu.
