Jammu and Kashmir High Court has accorded sanction to the grant of concurrent charge allowance in favour of 4 judicial officers (JOs) @10% of the minimum of the pay scale of the additional post held by them.
As per an official order issued by deputy registrar (admin),Jammu and Kashmir High Court, Permod Kumar, the charge allowance has beengranted in favour of Javaid Alam, CJM, Pulwama; Prem Sagar, secretary legalservice authority, Ramban; Rafaqat Hussain, additional special mobilemagistrate, Ramban and Rampi Rani, munsiff, Reasi.
