Justice Kotwal interacts with newly appointed judges

On day 6 of induction training programme at J&K State Judicial Academy here, justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K high court interacted with the newly appointed Munsiffs. 

Justice Kotwal, who is member J&K State Judicial Academy, emphasized upon the newly appointed judges to build good reputation on the basis of hard work and dedication. 

   

“The time management is very important for the judge in the court,” he said.

Proceedings were conducted by Abdul Rashid Malik, director, J&K State Judicial Academy. 

In his introductory remarks, Malik extended warm welcome to Justice Kotwal for gracing the occasion.

The working sessions of the training programme were chaired by the director Judicial Academy, the principal district and sessions judge, Bhaderwah and G. R. Ghani, IAS ex-settlement commissioner, a statement here said. 

The working sessions deliberated upon management and courts including judicial leadership, court management, case load and case flow management, etc.
