Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Pawan Kotwal will hold additional charge of Secretary, Industries and Commerce (I&C) Department, and JK Trade Promotion Organisation.
The additional charge was assigned to Kotwal after General Administration Department (GAD) sanctioned 10 days earned leave to Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, from June 12.
