Principal Secretary Finance, Navin K Choudhary today chaired a meeting to review the status of court cases under Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Special Provisions) Act-2010. The Act provides for regularization of employees appointed on Adhoc, contractual and consolidated basis.
Navin Choudhary, who is also the Chairman of the Empowered Committee on regularization under Special Provisions Act, called for regular follow-up of the court cases to ensure speedy disposal.
He called for promptly responding to all litigations and ensuring that the prolonged pendency of such cases does not result in delaying the regularization of the deserving.
