Jammu, May 3: A rescue team of NDRF today recovered the body of a non-local man who had drowned three days back in river Tawi in the Bajalta Kupper area.
Soon after the man drowned in the river, the sources said that searches were launched to fish out his body from the river. However, after three days of searches, the body was recovered from the river by the NDRF.
The body has been shifted to the hospital for legal formalities, and an inquest proceeding in this regard has been initiated.
