Move offices of Jammu and Kashmir police would close in Srinagar on October 27 and reopen in Jammu on November 5.
“The offices that would close on October 27 include Police Headquarters, including moving GPF xell/PCD, armed police headquarters, including police brass band, CID headquarters, Traffic headquarters, security headquarters, including office of DIG security/SSP security /SSP STWS, home guard/CD/SDRF headquarters, technical services headquarters, including FSL directorate, telecom headquarters, including directorate police telecom, crime headquarters (camp Office), railways headquarters (camp office), J&K police housing corporation and SSG headquarters,” stated an order issued from the office of Director General of Police Dilbag Singh.
