Police today claimed to have detained two Kupwara youth who had allegedly thrown a mobile towards the gate of Central Jail Kotbalwal.
The detained youth have been identified as Raja Kabir, and his cousin, Raja Sohail, both residents of Teetwal Karesh in District Kupwara, both at present Billa Colony, Malik Market, Jammu District.
