Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday assigned Rigzian Sampheal additional charge of administrative secretary, department of floriculture, parks and gardens.
An order, issued from the general administration department, read, "In the interest of administration, it is hereby ordered that Rigzian Sampheal, commissioner secretary, tourism department, shall hold the charge of administrative secretary, department of floriculture, parks and gardens on the superannuation of Muhammad Javed Khan, January 31, 2019, in addition to his own duties, till further orders."
