The chopper and cable car services to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine was suspended on Saturday due to heavy snowfall in Trikuta mountains and Bhawan area of Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“The helicopter service from Katra to Shanji Shat and Cable car service from Bhawan to Bhario Ghati Temple have been temporally suspended due to heavy snowfall in Bhawan and other upper reaches,” said an official of the shrine board.
“The services will resume after the weather improves,” he said.
