One person was killed in an accident in Bandipora district on Wednesday.
A police official said an elderly man died after he fell down from a moving vehicle at his native village Saderkote Payeen of the district.
The deceased was identified as Ghulam Mohiudin Ganai (60).
The case has been registered in the incident, while body of the deceased was handed over to his family for last rites, police official said.
