A capacity building tour (CBT) of 25 Veer Naris (brave women) of Ladakh region was flagged off by Lt Gen YK Joshi, GOC Fire and Fury Corps at Leh on Saturday.
Kin of the “brave women” were killed during operations Vijay and Meghdoot, an army handout said.
The women will visit Bodh Gaya, New Delhi and Chandigarh during the ten-day long tour being organised by Ladakh Scouts Regiment Centre under the aegis of Fire and Fury Corps.
