Authorities on Saturday sealed 10 shops and a hotel in this northern Kashmir district for violating the prohibitory orders imposed in the wake of view of the Coronavirus outbreak.
Tehsildar Bandipora ,RoufIqbal made a surprise visit to the main market and found 10 shops open despitethe orders.
An official said that nine meat shops, one poultry shop anda hotel were sealed after they were found violating the orders.
Iqbal said they sealed the shops and the hotel as they haddefied restrictions imposed in the district under section 144.
