The students of class 12 who are appearing in their annual exams have termed the X series of chemistry paper extremely tough in comparison with other series.
Demanding an inquiry into the paper setting exercise, the students asked Board of School Education (BOSE) to remain impartial with every student.
"X series of chemistry paper was very tough than Y and Z series. All the students who got X series paper couldn't do well in their paper whereas students of other series easily completed their paper," said Hamza Mushtaq who too got X series. "We fear that either we will be failed or our marks would be very low."
The students termed it as a case of unfair practice. "For BOSE every students should be deemed equal," said Khan Munib, another student. "This simple mistake in paper setting would mar the career of thousands of students."
When contacted Secretary BOSE, Veena Pandita said, "All those students who have such a complain should give us a representation and we promise to investigate the matter. I will constitute an expert panel and if they found any kind of injustice, then appropriate remedial measures will be taken."
