Central University of Kashmir (CUK) Vice-Chancellor, Prof Mehraj ud Din Mir today exhorted upon the faculty members, scholars and students to utilize the e-library resources acquired by the varsity to the fullest.
"The university is keen to procure more e-library resources including e-books and journals, provided that the existing resources available with the library are used to the optimum," Prof Mehraj said while inaugurating one-day user awareness programme on e-resources and author workshop, organised by the varsity's library, in collaboration with Springer India, at Nowgam-I academic block of the university.
Registrar, Prof M Afzal Zargar; Librarian, Reyaz Rufai; Deans of various Schools, faculty members, research scholars of CUK and other universities in valley were among others present during the programme.
Surbhee Dhamija, Marketing Manager Academic and Government, and Ravi Murugesan, resource person and author workshop gave detailed presentation on the theme. C Kumareson Associate Director Channel Marketing (India) also spoke on the occasion.
