CRPF donates computers to Ganderbal school

The Central Reserve Police Force (115 BN) donated computers, peripheral devices, furniture and other infrastructural equipments to Government Boys High School Dhobipura Ganderbal to as part of its civic action programme.

"The event was supervised by Prabhat Kumar Sandwar, Commandant 115 BN CRPF and was presided over by Sanjeev Dhundia, DIG CRPF Srinagar (North) and attended by other senior officers from J&K Police and CRPF," a CRPF spokesman said.

"The DIG CRPF Srinagar (North) said through civic action programs, CRPF is endeavouring to promote the standard of computer literacy among Kashmiri students via infrastructural support that will facilitate them to nurture their competency in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science," the spokesman said.

"The gesture of 115 BN CRPF was gratefully lauded by school administration and principal of the school expressed the gratitude for the act of CRPF."
