Accusing the National Conference Working President and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah of trying to break the ranks and dividing the mainstream camps in the state, the Government spokesman and Education Minister Nayeem Akhter here on Sunday said Omar is not rising above the considerations of government formation in Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking to KNS, Akhter said, "Omar Abdullah did not grow as head of the government and is not growing in opposition.
