Dal Khalsa today endorsed the decision of Hurriyat Conference and All Party Sikh Coordination Committee to boycott All Party Delegation saying "it is aimed hoodwink international community about Kashmir."
Party president Advocate H S Cheema in a statement said "the aim of the delegation seems to play with the gallery and hoodwink the international community. Deceptive nature of Indian leadership and their old tactics of not addressing the genesis of the problem leaves no room for any meaningful and result-oriented dialogue."
"Hurriyat Conference led by Geelani Sahib has rightly and wisely snubbed the delegation, which is coming to Kashmir without a clear mandate. We also hailed the bold step taken by the Sikh Coordination Committee led by Jagmohan Singh Raina not to meet the delegation and stand by the people of Kashmir in this hour of crisis," he said.
"Kashmiris are continuously suffering the worst form of repression and state-terrorism since last two months despite hue and cry raised by United Nations, Islamic countries and the Indian civil society," he said.
Another leader of the party H S Dhami said "ironically the Indian state and its leadership is in denial mode, as they have refused to recognize the disputed status of J & K."
