Observe Jan 26 as ‘black day’: Harkat-ul-Mujahideen

Harkat-Ul-Mujahideen today appealed people to observe January 26, as “black day” to protest against what it said “reign of terror unleashed by New Delhi in Kashmir.

In a tele-statement to local news agency KNS, Harkat-Ul-Mujahideen spokesman, Hassan Askari, while quoting the outfit chief Moulana Sajad Shahid, as saying, "That New Delhi has suppressed basic human rights of Kashmiris and muzzled their aspirations. People should observe January 26 as black day and hold protest marches against the repression in Kashmir."

"India has used pellets against the kids to blind them while many were arrested and tortured. Such kind of atrocities are not being carried in Kashmir only but India is suppressing its minorities in other states as well," he said. KNS
