A total of 248 persons were arrested under 96 FIRs while a fine realized fine of Rs 1,38,240 was realised from 1055 people for violating the COVID-19 lockdown guidelines throughout Kashmir on Friday, Police said.
In a statement issued here, J&K Police said that five shopkeepers were also booked in Budgam for violating COVID-19 norms.
