New Delhi, Nov 20: At least 267 persons died while 10,302 tested positive for COVID-19 across India during the past 24 hours, the Union Ministry of Health said Saturday.

It said that with 267 more fatalities, the death toll in India climbed to 4,65,349. Meanwhile, the COVID-19 infection tally rose by 10,302 in a day to reach 3,44,99,925.

The daily positivity rate was recorded at 0.96 percent while the weekly positivity rate was 0.93 percent. The case fatality rate was recorded at 1.35 percent.

India’s COVID-19 case tally had crossed the one-crore mark on December 19 last year, two crores on May 4 this year, and three crores on June 23.
