On the 9th death anniversary of Tufail Matoo on Tuesday, several people offered prayers to the departed soul at Mazar-e-Shuhada at Eidgah here.
Besides the family members and friends of late Tufail, theprayers were joined by victim families of Wamiq Farooq, Kousar Hameed Sofi andUmar Qayoom.
Ashraf Matoo father of late Tufail paid floral tributes tohis son and prayed for rest to the departed soul.
The participants were holdings banners demanding justice forTufail. The victim families vowed to continue their fight for justice.
The teenager Tufail Mattoo of Saida Kadal, Srinagar waskilled after he was hit by a teargas shell lobbed by the police in March 2015.
