Dukhtaran-e-Millat chairperson Syeda Aasiya Andrabi on Sunday paid glorious tributes to Saima Wani of Chaigund Shopian.
"Despite curbs, thousands participated in her last rites amid pro-freedom slogans. Saima was a brave girl who was trying to rescue mujahid brothers," Aasiya said.
Aasiya prayed for courage to the family of the brother-sister duo. She appealed the international organizations to read the writings on the wall and help in stopping bloodshed in Kashmir. "It is important that Kashmir issue be solved as per the UNSC resolutions."
"Pakistan should call for an immediate security council session and tell the world about the gross human rights violations in Kashmir and impress upon resolving the Kashmir dispute," she said.
