The facility for downloading admit cards for NEET examination is available in Pulwama, Anantnag and Budgam district, officials said today.
The NEET downloading facility is available at NIC in DC office Pulwama and at CIC Tral, Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Muneer-ul-Islam said today.
He added that 105 forms were downloaded on Thursday.
"For students appearing in NEET test on 24th July, transport will be available at DC office Pulwama at 6 am on Saturday (23rd July) for those appearing at Jammu, and on 24 July at the same place and time for those appearing at Srinagar. Similar facilities shall be available from Tral," the DC said.
"Desirous of availing the facilities are advised to contact Shahbaz Mirza (ADC Pulwama) on 9419137940, Qaiser Malik (ARTO) on 9419258172, Reyaz Ahmed (SDM Tral) on 9419001388. Transport facilities can be made available from other places of Pulwama district if needed," he further said, adding that the DCs of Ramban, Udhampur and Jammu have been asked to provide security and ensure safe and hassle-free passage of the vehicles carrying the candidates.
Meanwhile, to facilitate students appearing in NEET examination, the district administration Anantnag has designated National Informatics Centre (NIC), DC Office as the facilitation centre for downloading of admits cards.
The students have been advised to contact NIC at DC Office complex on the help line No's: 01932-223539 or 18001807054 for downloading of admit cards.
"For any query, the students can contact Nodal Officer Gulzar Ahmad on 9419041800, 01932-223593, 9419042173 and 9419502864," said an official handout.
The students can also avail the facility at the Community Information Centers at block level by contacting BDO Larkipora on 9419036916 and 9469088358; BDO Hiller Shahabad on 9419401094; BDO Khoveripora Mattan on 9469111333; BDO Qazigund on 01932-222605; BDO Vessu on 01932-222605; BDO Bijbehara on 01932-222605 and BDO Shangus/Chittergul on 9419040212," he added.
According to DC Budgam, the NEET aspirants can obtain their admit cards for the examination from District Treasury Officer Budgam (contact No. 01951-255247) and Treasury Officer Chadoora (contact No. 01951-257238) besides from National Informatics Centre Budgam.
