Srinagar, Nov 26: Amar Singh College staff Friday condoled the demise of Prof Abdul Rashid Koul, a former professor of the Department of English of the college.
A statement of Cluster University of Srinagar (CUS) issued here said that Koul passed away on 23 November 2021 at his residence at Amda Kadal, Srinagar.
It said that during a condolence meeting, the teaching and non-teaching members of the college expressed their sorrow and grief at his demise.
Recalling the services, teaching skills, dedication, and punctuality of the deceased, Principal of Amar Singh College, Prof B A Rather, and Secretary Staff Council Mujahid Ahmad along with the faculty paid tributes to Prof Abdul Rashid Koul and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
