Baramulla, Oct 05: Union Home Minister Amit Shah paused his speech for Azaaan – the Muslim call for prayer, during his public rally in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.
Shah halted his speech when Azaan blared out from the minaret of a nearby Masjid in Baramulla town, reported news agency KNO. Shah resumed his speech after Azaan was over.
Shah addressed thousands of people who had come from different parts of Kashmir to participate in the rally.
