Anantnag Police led by SSP Anantnag Altaf Ahmad Khan conducted a counseling session for the youth of district Anantnag who had been instigated and misguided by some unscrupulous elements of society to vitiate peace in the Valley, a police spokesman said in a statement.
He said that Anantnag police after identifying the vulnerable youth, invited them along with their parents to District Police Lines Anantnag where a detailed counseling session was conducted. Youth were made aware of their capabilities and potential and also the ways and means of realizing their talents so that they would become productive assets for the society and their parents.
Youth of Anantnag and their parents were assured of full support by Police, he added.
