Anjuman Shari Shian alleges harassment of activists

Anjuman Shari Shian Saturday alleged that police have been harassing its activists and they are being forced to report in police stations.

Condemning the police action, the organization said that "such tactics will not break the resolve of freedom loving people." "Whole Kashmir is protesting against atrocities and innocent people are being killed. It is the right of the people to protest and hit to roads," he said.

The spokesperson of the organization alleged that "it has become a routine for the police to threat and intimidate freedom loving people particularly the activists of Anjuman Shari Shian." "On August 26 several respectable people and our activists were called to police station and threatened of dire consequences in case they continue to take part in pro-freedom protests," the spokesperson alleged and condemned the police action.
