Srinagar, Aug 30: Chairman Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Ghulam Nabi Azad has condoled the demise of former Imam Khateeb of Dargah Hazratbal, Syed Ahmad Farooqi who passed away on Monday.
In a condolence statement, Ghulam Nabi Azad eulogised the role of former Imam Khateeb in disseminating his knowledge on all facets of Islam and expressed sympathy with his family and in particular current Imam of Dargah Kamaal Farooqi, who is elder brother Syed Ahmad.
