Chairperson J&K State Water Resources Regulatory Authority (JKSWRRA) Pramod Jain today called on Advisor to the Governor KK Sharma and discussed various water related issues and functioning of the Authority.
He discussed various wide ranging issues related to thewater usage with reference to portable water and water use for irrigationpurposes.
He also discussed rainwater harvesting and suggested variousways of undertaking the exercise on large scale so that the water conservationis ensured and more water is made available in Kandi areas.
