Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Friday appointed Administrative Judges for all districts, tribunals and forums.
As per an order issued by the office of Registrar General,the Chief Justice has appointed Justice Rajesh Bindal as Administrative Judgefor Srinagar, Baramulla, MACT,Srinagar, Special Tribunal, Srinagar andOne Man Forest Authority; Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey for Jammu, Pulwama, MACT, Jammu, Special Tribunal, Jammu, Labour Court and Industrial Tribunal and Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal.
Justice Dhiraj SinghThakur has been appointed as Adminstrative Judge for Ramban and Poonch, JusticeTashi Rabstan for Udhampur, Leh and Kargil, Justice Sanjeev Kumar for Kathua,Anantnag and Shopian.
Justice Sindhu Sharma has been appointed AdministrativeJudge for Samba and Budgam, JusticeRajesh Oswal for Doda and Ganderbal, Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul for Kishtwarand Kupwara, Justice Sanjay Dhar for Reasi and Kulgam, Justice Puneet Gupta forRajouri and Bandipora.
“For the present, Justice Sanjay Kumar Gupta has not beenburdened with an administrative portfolio on account of his ill health,” the order reads.
