Chinar Corps Commander inaugurates 2nd batch of Kashmir Super-30

Boosted by the performance of the first batch, Army’s Chinar Corps in partnership with HPCL has commenced the coaching of the second batch of Kashmir Super-30 (Medical) from June 19. The screening test for the second batch was conducted across the various centres in the state, wherein a total of 1362 students appeared and 30 students were finally enrolled.

Speaking on the occasion Lt Gen KJS Dhillon, Chinar CorpsCommander, said, “The Army has always stood by the Awaam of Kashmir through Sadbhavanaand other initiatives. In the Valley itself, the Army provides qualityeducation to over 10,000 students though its 28 Army Goodwill Schools”.Appreciating the efforts of the students he said, “I wish to compliment theparents for their constant support and motivation, the teachers for theirmotivation and hard work and most importantly the students for their hardwork.” He also wished the fresh batch of students all the success and prayedthat their hard work would bear similar results next year with top marks.

   

The Chinar Corps Commander thanked HPCL and NEIDO for theircontribution in transforming the future of 30 families and positivelyinfluencing the lives of more than 20 times the number of people. Encouragingstudents of both the batches he said the students of the new batch concentrateonly on their studies and the successful ones should work hard to top theirrespective colleges.
