Jammu, Dec 6: Chief Justice (CJ), High Court of J&K and Ladakh has nominated Secretary High Court Legal Service Committee as the Member Secretary of the Sexual Harassment Probe Committee (SHPC).
As per an order issued by Additional Registrar (Administration) Permod Kumar, the nomination has been made under Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
