Clashes broke out near the site of a gunfight between the militants and the government forces in Shopian district of south Kashmir on Friday.
A militant has been killed in a gunfight underway in Gadaporavillage of the Shopian district, army said.
Reports said that youth took to streets in Ratnipora,located few metres away from Gadapora village, soon after the gunfight brokeout early today. They said the forces resorted to tear gas shelling to dispersethe protesters.
