Intense clashes erupted between protesters and the government forces in Tral township of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.
Reports said that a group of youth pelted the forces with stones near court road soon after the culmination of Urs of Shah-e-Hamdan (RA).
The forces responded by lobbing tear gas shells to disperse the youth.
The clashes were going on when this report was being filed.
