Committee to consider regularisation of officers in school education department

Jammu and Kashmir government constituted a committee to consider the cases of the regularisation of officers (backlog and fresh) in school education department.

According to a govern ment order number 115-GAD of 2019, dated January 23, 2019, administrative secretary, school education department has been appointed as chairman of the committee.

   

Under secretary to the government,   school education department has been appointed as member secretary while directors, school education Jammu as well as Kashmir, representative of the GAD (not below the rank of additional secretary to the government), representative of the finance department (not below the rank of additional secretary to the government) have been appointed as members of the committee.

The decision, according to an official handout, was taken in reference to state administrative council decision number 166/22/2018 dated 7 December 2018 and under order number Edu/Gaz-A/05/2018, dated   31 December 2018  from  school  education department.

The committee tasked to consider the cases of the regularisation/promotion of officers (backlog and fresh) in school education department in respect of each gazetted category without their reference to the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission/Departmental Promotion Committee, as a onetime exemption

The committee shall consider the cases of regularisation/promotion of officers on the basis final seniority list of each feeding cadre, annual performance report duly initiated/reviewed and accepted. 

If APRs are not available, work and conduct certificate shaft be issued by the concerned director for that period as an exception, required vigilance clearance, availability of vacancies within the quota and cause of vacancies, accurate incumbency position, details of roster and principle of availability of vacancy, placement and eligibility, whichever is later in accordance with Government Order No.743-GAD of 2007 dated June 28, 2007.
