Senior PDP leader and former legislator Nizamuddin Bhat has expressed concern over delay in providing adequate compensation and desirable employment to land owners whose land has been used for district hospital Bandipore.
Bhat in a statement said that claimants were promised years before when the land was notified for public purposes. “Many owners have been facing hardships as they were rendered landless and lost main resource to sustain and grow,” he added.
