Srinagar, July 4: Apni Party’s Chief Coordinator and District President, Kulgam, Abdul Majeed Padder, has raised serious concerns regarding the lack of efficient management leading to prolonged delays in the construction of three vital healthcare facilities in south Kashmir's Kulgam district.
These facilities include the Sub District Hospital (SDH) in DH Pora as well as the Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in D K Marg and Jadi Pora.
