J&K College Teachers Association has welcomed the decision of the government to appoint Talat Pervez Rohella as administrative secretary higher education department.
In a statement CTA president Prof Tariq Ashai, said that his(Rohella’s) taking over as secretary higher education would ensure overallgrowth of the crucial department.
He said Rohella has exposure and experience of serving indifferent departments which will be fruitful for all, particularly the studentcommunity of the state.
