The Dukhtaran-e-Millat on Friday castigated the Army Chief Bipin Rawat for his statement that “Kashmiris should forget Azaadi”.
In a statement issued the DeM spokesperson Riffat Fatima said: “History is witness to the fact that the materialistic resources or numbers in terms of men and machinery do not determine the fate of war. But it is the steadfastness on the true path by the oppressed that helps them break the chains of slavery and oppression.”
Rifat said people of Jammu and Kashmir struggling against the forces were not on anybody’s payrolls.
“So such statements will only help boost morale of people and this struggle will be carried forward with renewed zeal and passion,” the statement said.
