Paying glowing tributes to the three militants who were slain in a fierce gunfight with the government forces in Lethpora area of Pulwama district, the Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) general secretary Nahida Nasreen today said, “They gave a befitting reply to the Indian forces.”
Nasreen, in a statement today, said, “These youth effectively showed the Indian authorities that this movement can never be suppressed nor will India be able to end the armed struggle by launching so-called operations like Operation All-out.”
Commenting upon the video of Fardeen Khanday which went viral on social media, Nasreen said, “The message by the young boy has the potential to shake the conscience of every Kashmiri Muslim.”
Meanwhile, Nasreen condemned the ‘brutal’ action by the forces on the funeral procession of Manzoor Ahmad in Drubgam in which many persons were injured.
