Reacting to the statement of former Chief minister and NC working president Omar Abdullah that Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti has ceded all the powers to Hurriyat (G) Chairmam Syed Ali Geelani after a meeting by the joint resistance leadership, the education minister and PDP Chief spokesperson Naeem Akhter on Saturday said that they don't need lectures on governance and administration from Omar Abdullah.
" We don't need any lectures from Omar sahab on governance and administration, " Akhter told media persons on the sidelines of a party convention in Ganderbal.
Replying to a question, the PDP Chief spokesperson said that their party has always favoured dialogue.
" We have always facilitated the talks and that is in our agenda of alliance," he said.
He added that dialogue was the only way to bring peace and normalcy in the region.
