Dr.Beg said that the decision of the Chief Minister would go a long way in shaping the career of these young men, who would get a chance to pursue their dreams without any hindrances now. "The way that the Chief Minister has appealed to the cross-section of the society to play an active part in helping wipe out menaces like the drug menace and other social evils shows immense maturity and understanding of the problem at hand.
