National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah and vice-president Omar Abdullah on Thursday extended condolences to Haji Mian Bashir Ahmad Larvi on the demise of his sister and the paternal aunt of Mian Altaf Ahmad Larvi.
The duo prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the grief-stricken family to bear the loss.
Meanwhile party general secretary Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar, additional general secretary Sheikh Mustafa Kamal and others also extended condolences with the family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
