District administration Bandipora launched the E-pass service to mitigate the suffering of patients and stranded persons of the district during the lockdown.
Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, said any patient, stranded person or employees who is in need of restriction pass can apply online on www.bandipore.nic.in where the link for E-pass is available on Homepage that will redirect to https://serviceonline.gov.in/login.do.
