A day long exhibition and talk on historical manuscripts in Budgam was organized by Zaira Hassan on Wednesday at Mirza Emporio Budgam in collaboration with EdRAAK managed by Dr Ilyass Rizvi, an oral historian.
According to a statement, Zaira, a master’s student in history believes ‘heritage is the key stone of our culture and its preservation is our responsibility.’
“What has been preserved for us needs to be preserved for our future generation, so that they know about the culture and tradition of the places they belong,” says Zaira who is looking forward to do more such historical events in future.
