Five shops were gutted after fire broke out at Iqbal market in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.
Reports said that the fire broke out in a three-storeyshopping Complex at Iqbal market in the town, following which fire serviceteams were rushed to the spot to douse the flames.
The fire was later brought under control with the efforts offire tenders.
Two shops on the ground floor, two on 1st floor and one shopon 2nd floor were gutted in the fire, the cause of which was not immediatelyknown.
However, there were no report of loss of life or injuries inthe mishap.
