Primary schools, including both public and private institutions, up to fifth class across Kashmir Valley will remain closed for class work tomorrow on December 9.
DivisionalCommissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan who has issued orders in this regard saidthe decision has been taken in view of poor visibility due to the prevailingweather condition in the division.
A thick layer of fogengulfed most parts of the valley on Sunday affecting visibility and causingproblems to people especially to motorists.
