Security forces on late Friday evening launched a cordon and search operation in Hajin locality of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
An official said that a joint team of forces launched thesearch operation in Danger Mohalla locality of Hajin.
He said that the operation was launched following inputsabout the presence of militants in the area.
A senior police official of the district said that it was aroutine operation.
